くもたん（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の運営者（以下「運営者」といいます）は、本アプリにおけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別符号となるものを含む）を指します。
本アプリは、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。
Bluesky（AT Protocol）のOAuth認証を通じて以下の情報を取得します。
以下のデータはユーザーのブラウザの中（IndexedDB・localStorage）に保存され、運営者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
AT Protocolの仕組みに基づき、以下のデータがユーザー自身のPDS（Personal Data Server）に保存されます。
PDSに保存されたデータは、AT Protocolの仕組み上、公開され、誰でも読むことができます。そのため、登録元の投稿の本文は保存しません。
本アプリの機能を提供するため、以下のデータが外部サービスに送信されます。
運営者が情報を利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。
1. 本アプリの提供・運営のため
2. ユーザー認証およびBlueskyアカウントとの連携のため
3. 単語帳の保存・同期の機能を提供するため
4. 辞書検索、AIによる解説、投稿の校正、読み上げ等の学習支援機能を提供するため
5. AI機能の不正利用を防ぐため（利用できるアカウントの確認と、IPアドレスごとの利用回数の制限）
6. ユーザーからのお問い合わせに対応し、本アプリを改善するため

1. 運営者は、次に掲げる場合を除いて、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
2. 本アプリのAI機能（単語の解説・投稿の校正）は、運営者が許可したアカウントだけが利用できます。利用した場合、第2条【4】に記載した内容が、Cloudflare Workers AI（Gemma）に送信されます。運営者が許可していないアカウントの情報が送信されることはありません。
電気通信事業法第27条の12（外部送信規律）に基づき、本アプリが利用者の情報を外部に送信する場合の詳細を以下のとおり開示します。

運営者の目的: タイムライン表示・投稿機能の提供
送信先の目的: AT Protocolネットワークのサービス提供
送信情報: 単語データ（投稿の本文は含みません）

送信先の目的: URLのメタデータ抽出サービス提供
送信情報: 本アプリを開いたときの通信（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類等）、AI機能を使ったときの依頼内容とアカウントの証明
運営者の目的: 本アプリの配信、AI機能の中継と不正利用の防止
送信先の目的: ウェブサイトの配信・実行環境の提供
送信情報: 解説を求めた英単語、校正を求めた投稿の下書き（運営者が許可したアカウントのみ）
運営者の目的: AI機能（単語の解説・投稿の校正）の提供
送信先の目的: AIテキスト生成サービスの提供
備考: Cloudflareは、Workers AIに送信された内容と生成された応答を、AIモデルの学習や、Cloudflareおよび第三者のサービスの改善に使わないとしています。AIのモデルはGoogleが公開しているGemmaで、Cloudflareのサーバーで動いており、Googleには送信されません。個人情報や機密情報は送信しないでください。

運営者の目的: 読み上げ機能の提供
送信先の目的: 音声合成
備考: 文章を端末の中で処理するか、ブラウザの提供元のサーバーに送って処理するかは、ブラウザと選ばれた声によって異なります。
※ 本アプリはアクセス解析・広告・トラッキングのツールを使用していません。
運営者は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために、以下の措置を講じています。
本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール、広告配信SDK、トラッキングツール等を使用しておりません。ユーザーの行動データを収集・分析する機能は搭載していません。
本アプリは、カメラ、マイク、位置情報、通知等のブラウザの権限を求めません。投稿に画像を添付するときは、ユーザーが選んだファイルだけを読み込みます。
1. 登録した単語は、単語帳の画面から1件ずつ、または設定画面の「データ」からすべてをまとめて削除できます。削除すると、PDSからも削除されます。
2. 学習の記録は、設定画面の「データ」から、このブラウザに保存されたログイン中のアカウントの分をまとめて削除できます。
3. ログアウトすると、ブラウザの中の認証情報と単語帳の控えが削除されます。学習の記録は削除されません。
4. ブラウザでこのサイトのデータを削除すると、ブラウザの中に保存されたすべてのデータ（学習の記録を含みます）が削除されます。
5. 本アプリから削除しなかったPDSのデータの扱いは、ユーザー自身のPDSの管理に委ねられます。
6. 削除されたデータは、運営者も復元できません。削除する前に設定画面の「データ」から書き出したCSVファイルがあれば、ユーザー自身がそのファイルを読み込んで戻すことができます。
本アプリは、特に未成年者を対象としたサービスではありませんが、未成年者が利用する場合は、保護者の同意のもとで利用することを推奨します。
1. 運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
2. 本ポリシーの変更は、本アプリ内または運営者のウェブサイト上で通知するものとします。
3. 変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、ユーザーは変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

Note: Cloudflare states that it does not use content sent to Workers AI or the responses generated to train AI models or to improve Cloudflare or third-party services. The AI model is Gemma, published by Google, and it runs on Cloudflare's servers; nothing is sent to Google. Do not send personal or confidential information.

Note: Whether the text is processed on the device or sent to the browser vendor's servers depends on the browser and the selected voice.

The Operator takes the following measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and for other security management:
This App does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. No features for collecting or analyzing user behavioral data are included.
This App does not ask for browser permissions such as camera, microphone, location, or notifications. When attaching images to a post, it reads only the files the User selects.
1. Saved words can be deleted one at a time from the word list screen, or all at once from "Data" on the settings screen. Deleting a word also deletes it from the PDS.
2. Learning records of the signed-in account stored in this browser can be deleted all at once from "Data" on the settings screen.
3. Signing out deletes the authentication information and the copy of the word list in the browser. Learning records are not deleted.
4. Deleting this site's data in the browser deletes all data stored in the browser, including learning records.
5. PDS data not deleted through this App is left to the management of the User's own PDS.
6. The Operator cannot restore deleted data. If the User exported a CSV file from "Data" on the settings screen before deleting, the User can bring the data back by importing that file.
This App is not specifically targeted at minors, but it is recommended that minors use it with parental consent.
1. The Operator may change this Policy as needed.
2. Changes to this Policy will be notified within this App or on the Operator's website.
3. If a User continues to use this App after changes, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
